Those days are fresh in my memories, but when you look back they are the best of times. When you are on the verge of 40 like me you find a handy man like I have. It seems to bring my blood pressure down with out prescription drugs, you see I have inherited my fathers ability to repair things. John Mckie has been my life saver. He works in North Brunswick, so maybe he can help out on some of those tough items, without blowing the vacation fund. Best of luck as always. You will be fine and it will all come together. By the looks of things you are 99.9% there, it just needs your stamp.Love Mike
